Get in front of our members

Join us at a program, morning session or social to meet our members and introduce your company!  Sponsorships are on a first come, first serve basis.

CHAPTER PROGRAMS

HRAM holds four chapter programs each year.  A keynote speaker will present a 2 hour keynote session, which includes lunch with paid registration. Each program focuses on current topics and issues affecting human resource management.

Average attendance: 120-160 attendees

FAMA PROGRAMS

HRAM holds six FAMA programs each year, opposite months of the chapter programs.  They include a one hour keynote by a local presenter and a social at the end of the year.  These are smaller sessions held in Fremont, NE and are free to attend with a current HRAM membership.

Average attendance:  15-20 attendees

GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS MORNING SESSIONS

HRAM’s Government Affairs Committee holds quarterly government affairs update sessions which includes a 1.5 hour technical session to inform members of HR-relevant legislative activity on the state and federal levels. 

Average attendance:  30-50 attendees

DIVERSITY & INCLUSION SYMPOSIUMS

The HRAM Diversity & Inclusion Committee hosts quarterly symposiums that focuses on diversity-related topics and strives to increase awareness for diversity-related issues among our membership and their employers. Symposiums are smaller and less formal meetings for HRAM members and the Omaha community. They are FREE to attend; however, registration is required as seating is limited.

Average attendance:  60-80 attendees

HRAM HAPPY HOURS

The HRAM Membership Committee hosts quarterly socials to network and meet fellow members. The HRAM committee co-chairs, staff and board attend.  These are FREE events to attend and open to the community.

Average attendance:  30-40 attendees

  

Sponsorships are on a first come, first serve basis.  Current sponsors have priority for sponsoring the upcoming year.  HRAM has the right to refuse any sponsor. 

HRAM discourages speakers from “sponsoring” a HRAM event in which the speaker is presenting. Exceptions will be made only under special circumstances with board approval. HRAM reserves the right to refuse sponsors and/or advertisers.  By choosing to advertise to HRAM's membership, sponsor agrees that all HRAM members shall be eligible to participate in the advertised opportunity.  HRAM reserves the right to secure multiple sponsors and/or advertisers. HRAM shares information with members contingent on their choice to “opt in” to receive emails and/or mailing. HRAM does not sell the email addresses of our members.
