On behalf of the HRAM board, staff and membership, we are excited to present this award to Lynn Owen!
HRAM is fortunate to have Lynn not only as a member but as a leader in our profession and the HRAM family.
“It was an easy decision,” said Sarah Schulz, executive director for HRAM. “She’s really helped elevate the government affairs programming over the past few years. And she has a solid grasp on what our membership wants to learn about when it comes to law and legislation.”
With her past co-chair, Cheryl Pignotti, Owen strategically planned over the past three years how to bring more and better programming to the HRAM membership.
“Lynn is very committed to the committee. Her drive and leadership skills were instrumental in elevating the committee’s programming and increasing committee participation,” said Pignotti.
“Lynn is beyond deserving of this award and recognition,” said Bryn Schoening, Owen’s current co-chair.
“Lynn is a dedicated and hardworking individual no matter what she is working on,” said Bruce Stec, vice president of human resources at CQuence Health Group. “We are fortunate to have Lynn on our team at CQuence.”
Lynn has been a member of HRAM since 2012 and serves as the co-chair of the Government Affairs Committee. Lynn is currently employed at CQuence Health Group as the HR Business Partner. She provides guidance to management on Human Resource related issues. She also focuses on talent management initiatives, including recruitment and retention, training and development, and performance management practices.
