The Compensation & Benefits Committee works to prepare and analyze the wage/salary & benefits survey each year.  They also provide informational resources to the community on issues related to compensation and benefits in the workplace.

HRAM provides accurate and customized salary information for an entire spectrum of local HR jobs ranging from top executive to entry-level positions. Salary information is collected annually from nearly 100 participating organizations and helps members and companies formulate competitive compensation programs.

Communication for volunteers to assist in reviewing the submitted data will be emailed out in April.  HRAM has moved to producing an updated survey biennial.
