Looking for virtual resources for your leaders and teams to support and build resilience during the Pandemic?

Join us October 28th with keynote speaker and leadership expert, Cy Wakeman, to modernize your HR and leadership philosophy to ensure your teams emerge in times of crisis evolved, not traumatized.

Speaker:  Cy Wakeman, President & Founder, Reality-Based Leadership

Session Topic:  "Evolved, not Traumatized"

2020 - What a year!

Extreme Disruption, major amplification and activation of long diminished and neglected dialogues and SO many calls for us all to do better. These past six months have definitely been a true and virtual test of two capabilities absolutely required in modern workplaces but missing in most - Organizational Readiness and Employee Resilience.

The world health crisis has definitely been a test of the readiness of organizations to navigate rapid change and a big reveal of the true level of resilience of our employees. And not all leaders and organizations are faring the same – some are able to rise up and even capitalize on the opportunities presented, while others are stumbling to serve their customers and keep their employees engaged with many growing fatigued from their efforts.

Join Cy Wakeman as she highlights the game changing adaptions and approaches used by organizations who are keeping pace with the times and positioning themselves to emerge from 2020 even better.

Session Objectives Include:

  • Modernize the leadership philosophy to focus on business readiness and dispel the myths and traditional theories of change management

  • Provide strategies to ensure that leadership focus evolves to ensure change and disruption are least disruptive to the business rather than attempting to make change least disruptive to the people

  • Embrace a “pyramid of readiness” – a game-changing approach to transforming cultures that respond well to adversity and drive innovation and results

  • Provide strategies for the business that will improve organizational readiness and talent resilience to levels that can respond to each “next normal” phase of the future

  • Provide practical techniques and tools for leaders to incorporate in their daily practices to align their teams with organizational direction and shift energy from “why we can’t” to “how we could”

  • Unlearn and relearn leadership development foundations and next level competencies required to lead in the new world

  • Learn the five crucial stages of teams in crisis and strategies to create Post Traumatic Growth
