"How the SECURE Act Will Change Retirement"

The most significant retirement plan legislation in more than a decade, the SECURE Act, was signed into law in December 2019. It seeks to make it easier for businesses to offer retirement plans, and for individuals to save for retirement. During this session we will examine the major changes and how implement them.  We will also discuss how to communicate these changes and which changes can be added to your total rewards strategy.

  • Examine top provisions designed to expand retirement savings options

  • Discuss opportunities available to small and large employers to encourage 401(k) participation

  • Preview what's ahead and what plan sponsors need to prepare for as additional guidance becomes available
