Assisstant Secretary
Heather has been actively involved in HRAM for five years, serving on the Compensation & Benefits committee the entire time. This year she is serving as our Assistant Secretary. She is a Compensation Analyst at Nebraska Furniture Mart. In her role there, she is responsible for all compensation functions, as well as developing specific benefit-related policies.
