Job Hunter is the perfect resource for employers and job seekers in the field of Human Resource Management. HRAM offers employers the opportunity to post HR-related job postings to be viewed by potential candidates. A new feature of Job Hunter also allows job seekers the opportunity to post their resumes for HRAM members to view.
When you choose to post or view positions, you will be asked if you would like to post or view jobs from three job categories: Entry Level or Internships, Mid Level, or Senior Level. HRAM offers the following guidelines when viewing or posting positions.
Entry Level or Internships: 0-2 years of HR experience
Mid Level: 2-5 years of HR experience
Senior Level: over five years of HR experience

It's easy to post a job on HRAM's website! Click on the link above and follow the easy instructions. All job postings are reviewed to verify their integrity. Please allow 24-48 hours for your job posting to appear on the website and don't forget to include contact information. Please note, once a position is posted, employers cannot edit or remove the posting directly. However, you can e-mail staff@hram.org or call 932-1007 at any time to have your posting edited or removed.
Job seekers can now post their resume online for HRAM members to view. Click on the link above and follow the easy instructions. All resumes are reviewed by the HRAM staff to verify their integrity. Due to the large volume of resumes received, only resumes that are appropriate to the human resource profession will be posted. Please allow 24-48 hours for your resume to appear on the website.
Please note: Employers and Job Seekers will be asked to indicate a "Start Date." Please know that this refers to when you want the posting to begin.
