HRAM is a Local Network Leader for WorldatWork.

HRAM’s dedication to enhancing your member experience includes our partnership with WorldatWork. WorldatWork provides education and research focused on global human resources issues including compensation, benefits, work-life and integrated total rewards to attract, motivate, and retain a talented workforce.

HRAM partners with WorldatWork as a Local Network in order to bring Total Rewards courses to our area at the highest discounted rate possible to our members. We are also able to keep you informed about special offers from WorldatWork. HRAM typically offers five courses each year. These courses assist our members in continuing education as well as gaining certification.

For 50 years, WorldatWork has been a source for compensation, benefits and total reward information. WorldatWork focuses on human resources disciplines associated with attracting, retaining and motivating employees. Besides serving its membership, WorldatWork administers courses and exams required for attaining the prestigious designations such as:

·         Certified Benefits Professional® (CBP) and

·         Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®)

·         Work-Life Certified Professional (WLCP)

To prepare for certification examinations WorldatWork offers preparation courses and self-study materials in all areas of compensation, benefits and total rewards management. From a basic foundation of understanding to advanced topics, these preparation courses address every level of knowledge. All WorldatWork courses are designed and presented by professionals in the field.

All course and or exam registrations are made directly with WorldatWork and all payments are sent directly to WorldatWork.  An added benefit is that the majority of WorldatWork courses double for up 16 hours of recertification credits from HR Certification Institute. HRAM reserves the right to add, edit, or cancel any Local Network offering based on business needs.

HRAM offers the lowest rate possible. To receive the HRAM discounted rate of $1175.00, be sure to note on your registration form that you are a HRAM member. The non member WorldatWork rate is $1645.00. The WorldatWork member rate is $1220.00.
