The mission of the Programs committee is to provide quality, professional development programs in defined areas of human resources for the HRAM membership and develop, coordinate and implement each of the programs at the monthly meetings. Program development, including selection of topics and speakers for monthly meetings, is carried out by committee members with the goal of providing proactive direction, education and capabilities to meet the growing requirements of the profession.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings and technical sessions each month.
- Coordinate facility, meals and technical needs of monthly meetings and technical sessions.
- Evaluate all meeting and technical sessions to assure we are meeting the needs of our membership.
- Conduct a survey of our membership to assure that we are meeting the professional development needs of our membership.

HRAM monthly meetings are generally held the second Tuesday of every month (some exceptions do apply). Luncheon sessions run from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. and technical sessions run 1:00-4:30 p.m. Please check the calendar for exact dates and times.
