The mission of the Compensation & Benefits committee is to provide resources to the community on issues related to compensation and benefits in the workplace including developing and distributing surveys on human resource issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and distribute the annual Wage/Salary and Benefits Survey.
- Provide resources on compensation and benefits.
- Coordinate annual meetings and technical sessions on issues related to compensation and benefits.
