The mission of the Certification committee is to provide the HR community opportunities that promote and support advancement of learning and of knowledge and attaining certification in all fields of human resources. More specifically to encourage PHR, SPHR, CCP, CBP, CEBS and other similar HR professional certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer educational opportunities as well as examinations for certification. Select course offerings, schedule dates, venues, marketing of programs, certifying programs for recertification credits, etc.
- Provide committee members with meaningful opportunities to participate in committee goals while networking and growing their HR profession.
- Provide information about recertification for professional HR designations.
- Recognize members for their achievements in certification.
