The mission of the Media Relations committee is to promote HRAM, its activities and the HR profession including the responsibility for the development of HRAM's monthly newsletter and the communication of HRAM activities to media sources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare press releases to promote HRAM activities and resources.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business and organizations to assist with the promotion of HRAM activities and the HR profession.
Committee Goals:
- Send press releases consistently to the Midlands Business Journal and Omaha World Herald regarding our monthly meetings and special events.
- Develop a relationship with the Midlands Business Journal.
- Help committees with their media needs on an as-needed basis.
