The mission of the Community Projects committee is to enhance community involvement through volunteer work and to provide the Omaha Metropolitan community professional services and support in the form of educational projects and programs that will mutually benefit community employers and the human resource profession. Projects must be categorized as "worthy," "of value," and a "benefit" to everyone involved.

- Resume Critiquing Workshop for HRAM Members
- Mock Interviews & Workshops
Committee Goals:
- HRAM Sponsored "Career Expo"- strategically plan and organize Career Expo
- Resume Critiquing- proactively coordinate and facilitate the resume critiquing services of HRAM.
- Mock Interviews- Provide volunteer resources for college mock interview opportunities.
- HRAM Website- Facilitate participation in the Career Expo by continuing to provide access to registration forms and event information. Work towards implementing online payment for Career Expo registration.
