HRAM is governed by a Board of Directors and twelve committees. Each committee is dedicated to an important aspect of the organization. These committees are divided into three separate functions, each led by a Vice President.

Continuing to champion certification training, SPHR, PHR, and CCP; providing leading edge resources/speakers on functional areas of human resources; organizing/compiling wage/salary and/or benefit survey materials on benchmark jobs in the metro area; and scheduling high quality programs to educate the student member through senior levels and reinforce continuous professional development.
