HRAM is the premiere organization for Human Resource professionals in the Omaha metropolitan area.  Currently, the organization has over 1100 members belonging to over 350 businesses and organizations.  HRAM is a local affiliate of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

The mission of the Human Resource Association of the Midlands is to provide its members a comprehensive understanding and appreciation of human capital management.  Through educational, developmental and professional interaction forums, HRAM serves the needs of businesses in the greater Omaha metropolitan community.
