"Navigating an NEOC Employment Discrimination Investigation"
TOPIC: This webinar will provide an introduction to the Nebraska Equal Opportunity Commission, what that agency does, and how they do it. It will then cover some basic common-sense steps you can use to try to create an atmosphere where employees won’t feel the need to file discrimination complaints against you. Last, the topic of “what to do” when an employee does file a complaint will be covered, with an eye toward navigating the investigative process as painlessly as possible.
